Data Deletion

This page explains how customers, users, and platform account owners can request deletion of personal data, connected social account data, and related workflow records processed by A.I. PRIME PRIVATE LIMITED.
How to request deletion
Email madhawa@aiprime.global with your company name, your name, the connected Page or Instagram account, and a clear deletion request. If your request relates to a customer account, we may need to verify that you are authorised to make the request.
What we delete
Once verified, we will delete or anonymise personal data and platform integration data that is no longer required to provide the service, including where applicable:
- connected account identifiers;
- Facebook Page and Instagram Business or Creator account IDs;
- stored access tokens or authorization metadata;
- scheduled content and uploaded media no longer required;
- approval records and publishing workflow records; and
- publishing logs and platform response records.
How to revoke platform access
You can also revoke connected platform access directly through the relevant third-party platform settings. For Meta-connected services, this may include Meta Business Integrations or Meta Business Settings. Revoking access may stop future publishing or automation activity, but you should still contact us if you want related data deleted from our systems.
Deletion timeline and retention limits
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or contractual obligations.
