Know what happens before, during and after the build.

A practical delivery process with clear scope, human controls and shared acceptance criteria.

From business problem to an owned solution.

  1. Discover

Understand the problem, current workflow, source material and people responsible.

  2. Design

Agree scope, architecture, integration access, safeguards and success criteria.

  3. Implement

Build and integrate the solution. Test normal paths, exceptions and AI response quality.

  4. Launch

Deploy, document and onboard your team with clear ownership and acceptance checks.

  5. Optimize

Where contracted, monitor outcomes, update knowledge and improve reliability.

    Optional

Discovery and solution design.

Understand the existing workflow, target outcomes and feasibility.

We map source material, integrations, permissions, exception paths and project dependencies. The proposal establishes what is included, what is deferred, success criteria and the review process before implementation.

Implementation and testing.

Build the useful workflow, then evaluate how it behaves when things go wrong.

  • Functional checks across the application and integrations
  • AI evaluation against representative questions or tasks
  • Missing knowledge, uncertainty, approval and escalation tests
  • Permission boundaries, integration failures and safe recovery
  • Stakeholder review and agreed acceptance checks

Deployment and ownership.

Launch with documentation and people who know how to operate the solution.

We agree deployment responsibilities, provide operating guidance and onboard the team. Handover covers access, ownership, known limitations and where to get help. Maintenance and optional optimization terms are confirmed in the engagement.

Shared responsibilities.

Your team

  • Name a business owner
  • Supply approved information and representative examples
  • Arrange system access
  • Confirm approval responsibilities
  • Review the work against agreed criteria

A.I. PRIME

  • Assess feasibility
  • Document scope and architecture
  • Implement agreed integrations and controls
  • Test the solution and support acceptance
  • Deliver documentation and onboarding

Timelines follow the agreed scope.

Delivery is agreed after scope, system access and prerequisites are confirmed. A narrowly scoped implementation may target approximately ten business days; this is not a universal guarantee.

Custom AI-native software uses separately agreed discovery and development milestones. Access delays, unavailable APIs and review cycles can affect delivery. Scope changes are assessed for cost and timing before they are accepted.

What happens after launch?

Is ongoing optimization required?

No. Monitoring, evaluations, knowledge updates and reliability improvements are optional contracted services. We agree the ownership and support arrangement before launch.

How are new requirements handled?

We document the change, its impact on the agreed scope and any cost or schedule implications. Work begins once the revised terms are agreed.
